Canadian Students in Demand for IT Careers

Canada’s First Internship Program for Recent Immigrants Launched

Sentor Media Inc. is an organization created in 1995 with a mission to provide practical, up-to-date Canadian employment information to service providers and their users. The information we research is linked to the hidden job market, where we believe the great majority of job opportunities exist.

We strive to provide you with valuable information on Canadian employers, recruiters, industry associations, career sites, employment centres, trade directories, and anywhere else hidden jobs may exist. It is our hope that when job seekers explore the many different avenues available to them, they will increase their chances of finding meaningful employment. At this time, we do not provide any job placements or personal employment counselling services.

We are the publishers of popular employment books including The Canada Student Employment Guide and The Canadian Job Directory. Both of these resources combined have sold over 45,000 copies since their inception. We have also recently published two brand new titles - The Canadian Internet Job Search Guide and Summer Jobs in Canada. In addition to these books we publish Ten Ways to Straight A’s, a resource that helps young people achieve success in school. Our newest, recently published book is the Guide to Professional Programs in Canada. This indispensable resource profiles the top professional programs offered by post-secondary institutions across the country.

All of our books can be purchased through our online bookstore at www.CareerBookstore.ca.

Your feedback is important to us! If you find incorrect information, or want to offer any suggestions to help us improve our site, please contact us. Thank you for helping us to make Sentor Media Online one of the best employment sites in Canada!
