Book Delivery Policy
All book purchases are shipped through Canada Xpress Post. This is the most dependable, yet economical shipping method. All shipments are tracked and will be delivered within 5 business days within Canada. Shipments outside Canada are within 12 business days. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of downloadable material, there is no refund on our digital resources. A 30 day full refund is available on all of our employment books (less shipping cost).
